Obsolete 'icon_path' config reference

activity_page.php tries to get the config value 'icon_path'. This was removed with MantisBT 2.0 as far as I can tell: https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=21689

It is not used, so removing has no effect other than to stop the error.
