SVN: Mismatch of SOURCESVN_VERSION_REQUIRED and SourceSVN PLUGIN_VERSION

The plugins SourceSFSVN, SourceVisualSVNServer, SourceWebSVN all have SOURCESVN_VERSION_REQUIRED = '2.5.0', but the SourceSVN PLUGIN_VERSION = '2.4.0'. So manage plugins shows outdated dependencies.
