German Umlauts

Perhaps that's not an issue at all, but due to my current configuration. For all change sets, whenever the log message contains German Umlauts the message don't show up in the views. I'd edited some of them in the db(mantis_plugin_Source_changeset_table) directly ('ä' -> 'ae'...) and those are displayed.
