Corrections to mentions and bug links

This commit contains the following changes:

  • Removes support for vcs links.
  • Attempts to correct the bugs reported on #64 (closed) and #62 (closed)
  • Removes formatting functionality provided by MantisCoreFormatting, such as bug links, url formatting, etc. (having to duplicate the behavior ended up being a headache) Now, those features will be taken into account if the MantisCoreFormatting plugin is enabled and options turned on. Otherwise they will be ignored.
