Uses own email_regex_simple

The mantis funtion in (core/email_api.php) doesn't extract email name and domain. So auto regristration of new users generates always usernames with pattern 'xyz_emailaddress_nnnn' even if chosen another build rule in confiuration. This is fixed now.
