Hi everybody!

A few days ago I installed the plugin on my Mantis installation and it worked fine after some fine-tuning (mostly what the README.txt file says), but I noticed that a reminder was sent everyday and that was really annoying for some users.

I decided then to make some changes to the scripts and thought that could be interesting for others. So there we are, I'm pull requesting a script which sends a unique reminder the specified amount of time before the due date.

As I'm pretty new to GitHub, I hope I've done everything right. ;)
